Hacking Mario Kart 7 CIA local multiplayer issues

I have Mario Kart 7 converted to CIA, but I cannot create a local multiplayer room. I get "a wireless communication error has occurred" when creating a room, but I can join a room just fine. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm using Gateway 3.1.1 on N3DS.

it's a CIA issue,you need to convert it again using the correct settings/tool.

What would be the difference? I used the 4.5 decryptor by void. Would the difference be in the tool to repack the xorpads?

yes the tool didn't include the download play feature,it's either you did not select the right settings or the tool is to not good.
