You are using the title ID instead.
TK for game and update are different.

i using CDNSP
it can't update ???

I used the title key to down load base.nca
With the title key I also downloaded update.nca
but why does it not match?

you used base title ID to download update but title keys are always diferent.
look , when you download the update you can see also title key

so when i press get-keys.bat key.ini is created so to decrypt nca you need any key.ini not your console one am i getting this right thanxs

The compatibility list said it is not. If it is then thats good. I will wait for Mario Odyssey. I haven't jailbreak my 3.0.0. I am not sure where to go, lol!

The compatibility list is outdated. It still says XC2 and BotW doesn't work while they do.

steps to update LayeredFS game is :
unpack all .nsp > decrypt game .nca > game decrypted.nca + encrypted update.nca > layeredFS updated game.

How do you unpack .nsp files exactly? im not sure how to do that step.
