Gaming manually install I/Q port32

I can't get port 32 to install.
I am running windows 7, is that the problem.
Its not the drive cause windows finds the drive and so does schtrom 360.
Jungle flasher can't find the drive, Its a samsung ms28.
any help would be great..

If you had the compatibility issue when manually installing the it is probably as your on windows 7 x64 as opposed to the 32...as far as I know manual install works only for x86/32
