At least it's more of a case than any other cases. Seems to be fine as long as it's more valid than suing for spilling stuff on yourself, or walking into the middle of the road while following directions.

I almost thought that the title meant that a man has been living off eating only SPAM for a long time. I was looking at it from the index. Wrong kind of spam I guess.

Hope that guy has fun with his job. It's seems to be cool. He gets money for checking his spam box.

And apparently this guy doesn't go to court or anything, he just receives bribes from the companies that don't want to be sued. I'm surprised he hasn't been assassinated yet.
