Hacking Make NeoGamma use a different cIOS?

So I've been reading around and I THINK I found out that to play Rock Band 2 from DISK backup, you need cIOS249rev20. Now I've searched and downloaded it and I'm pretty sure I installed it right but the instruments still aren't syncing...

Mainly I' trying to figure this out for Rock band 3, maybe its different?

My Wii is a softmodded 4.0U, I use Neogamma 9 Beta47

you need either 249 with base 37 rev19 or 20 or 249 with base 56 rev20
