Hi, i recently just finished developing my game with UE 4.27.2, and i was wondering if there is a way to package the game for Wii U using the SDK provided by Nintendo, the game ain't heavy i tested it on a Radeon 7450m (10% slower than the Wii U GPU) and it runs at 720p 30fps with no issues so the console can probably run it with the same performance. I know you can do that with Unity but porting my whole project from UE to Unity would take a lot of time cuz i would need to learn a new engine.

Sounds great. I hope it's possible. Can you tell us more about the game? Is it jump and run or a racing game. Love playing ports on the wii u

This is your answer.

Afaik, Wii U doesn't suppor UE, so you'd had to reprogram your whole game using an engine the Wii U supports.

But yet, please let us know more about your game, would love to see some more details.

It's hard to explain, just take a look at the GameJolt page https://gamejolt.com/games/HerobrineTERT/949907

Too bad, maybe when i will be good enough with C++ i will try to learn Unity since it uses C# that should be very similar to it

is a minecraft game and there is already a minecraft wii u edition, if it was built using the minecraft engine as a base then it can be easily ported to wii u
