Hello everyone, So recently I downloaded this

Currently I am having issues with the cutscenes with Majoras Mask, I get a black screen on the cutscenes with lines on the side,
Can anyone please help me here? family is home from holiday and we dont own a 64 anymore or a wii u to play this game on.
Currently running SXOS on 3.1
Switch is on 10.2
Everything in Retroarch has been updated.
