FiJ from MaxConsole Forum discover a way to boot the Wii in Maintenance mode :

Power on your Wii and at the initial health warning message hold down both the + and - buttons then press A.

Message: System is in Maintenance Mode Message board unavailable.

Can you do anything special while in maintenance mode?

EDIT- Just read the thread and watched the video,it seems you cant do very much
 
I'm almost sure that this is a mode that Nintendo uses to repair consoles that are sent in. Somehow they plug in a computer and run diagnostics (well at least I think they do
biggrin.gif
)
 
Very Useless, It is a shame people are lying about fixing their half-bricked Wii's with this.


I guess it is just something for Nintendo to use with some other thing when they receive a faulty Wii

Yo, your sig is a little worng. It is Call of duty 4 not 3 for the ds
