A while back, GBAtemp showed everyone's time as being an hour later than it really was, and this time it's off by about 3 minutes or so, has anyone else noticed that?
In the shoutbox, it's off by even more so, it's still an hour ahead (plus the three minutes).
I'll make a shout at 01/02/10 23:20...it shows as 02/02/10 00:23...(by the way, hover over a username of a shouter and the time of the shout will pop up).
And I'll post this at exactly 23:22...and it shows as 11:25 PM...
