M4V to MP4 Conveter

Anyone know of a good quality M4V to Mp4 converter? I need one that can convert with losing most minimul possible quality.

M4V = MP4

They're the same thing. It's just that one of them opens in iTunes by default.

I am trying to upload a M4V to a site that only accpets MP4, it wont let me.

Change the extension to '.mp4'.
