Hacking M3DS REAL Game Saves

I had a DS-Xtreme, but I just got my M3 perfect. I've tried using M3's save converter, shunny's online and just renaming the .sav to .0.

Nothing has worked.

Is there anything I'm doing wrong?

After renaming it you need to replace the save file. Head to the game menu then hit "select" then replace the save files. As always please back up all your save files first before overwriting any files.

do I default > 1, default > 2, or 1

i get a backup saver failed.

After converting the save make sure the rest of the save is named the same as the rom except of course the .0

Also the V3.3 update makes the saves .sav instead of .0 just to let you know.

k nothing seems to work. i think i'm gonna give up. i've tried everything you guys have suggested.
