Hacking m3 simply faulty?

After fiddling around with the m3 simply cartridge, Ive noticed that the micro sd card can wiggle a bit (without ejecting it) while housed inside the m3 simply. If this is done while playing off the m3, the screen eventually freezes. Also, Ive sometimes had to reboot the DS and reinsert the m3 as it is not always recognized by the DS.

Has anyone else noticed this or should my flashcard not be so sensitive? Or have I just been to rough with my flashcard? It just seems because of the wiggle room of the micro sd, you have to be more delecate with the cartridge or risk an in game freeze. Id hate to have a "defective" card.

mine nor does my family's move at all. we have about 10 or less

i reported to issue problem to the company real hot stuff; they didnt really tell me if this behavior is normal or not; they just offered a replacement once i send it back. Im thinking i might do that.
