Hacking M3 question

Hi all, I'm rather new to this modding scene and I just recently bought a package deal but it has occured to me that there are multiple versions of the M3?

Is the included M3 Lite the end all be all solution when it comes to the M3 for the NDS Lite or is there a better model of M3 out there? I hope I am conveying my question somewhat coherently here, heh...

You bought a M3 Lite "Perfect" series.
The other version in question is the M3 "Pro" series that cannot run GBA ROMs larger than 32 Megabits (4 MegaBytes).
