Hacking M3 DS REAL need help !!!

My micro SD card messed up so I decided to format it.
Formatted it in FAT32 and dowloaded the Sakura+Touchpod file.
I copied the SYSTEM folder to my SD card and removed it safetly.
I can boot Sakura but EVERYTIME I do something with the SD card that has nothing to do
with the SYSTEM folder I get:
''System file not found''
Examplenly the System folder is in the card, I make a NDS folder and put Pokemon in it, safetly remove it, put the SD card in my M3 and open the DS.
I've tried to make a NDS folder at the root of the card and put a game in it but I ALWAYS seem to get those horrible words.


I'm sorry, but I've been looking for a solution for hours -.-.

Out of curiosity, did you format your microSD card with one of the Panasonic formatting tools?

These tend to work better with most microSD cards.
