Hacking LZ77 decompression/decryption

LZ can be tweaked and frequently is (I assume this is for megadrive roms). Here is the the one I use for the GBA and DS though:

Also an "ASCII" conversion is not as useful as a hex string/dump as stuff up to 19 hex tends not to get included or it is parsed with some fun effects.
