Hacking Luma Cheat Plugins

Hi guys. I downloaded some Luma Cheat Plugins, but am not sure how to use them. I pressed L+R to bring up the Rosilina Menu, but there was no Plugin option or anything. Help is greatly appreciated

Enable game patching via Luma3DS settings

I enabled it, but still not sure what to do. I didn't see a plugin loader or anything in Rosilina menu.
