Yep, Rinnegatamante had developed lpp-vita (a lua interpreter) a very long time ago, and many homebrews have since made use of it:

You can use ONElua, it is a multiplatform interpreter, optimized, documented, and with versatile syntax and a wide range of functions.

In ONElua you can use Logical Operator as C-PLUS-PLUS to strings, "Hello" + "User"
And can use logical Operator as C style, count += 10 count *= 10, and use operator bitwise, and use continue in any cycle!
