Hacking LoZ: MM (E) Problem with RegionThree?

I have a copy of LoZ: MM (E) from a rom site, the problem is I can't seem to run it on my
3DS XL US running on SysNAND 9.5 and I'm using a Sky3DS Cart.

It boots up after i run the RegionThree exploit. I can see the loading logo(?) for a while before it turns all black
and returns to the home menu saying that an error has occurred and that the system needs to be restarted?

What may be the problem? any help? thanks

It's a known problem. Either wait a few minutes/hours for a US dump or go out and buy it later (Philippines is US-region, right?)
