The ultimate dating sim experience for the DS is set to have a September 3 release in Japan and has a C rating.

Well thats not nearly as bad as I wanted.

C (ages 15 and up) equivalent to ESRB's T (high end) and M (low end) ratings, PEGI's 16+ (low end) rating and OFLC's M (high end) rating. Games rated C include Devil May Cry, Dissidia: Final Fantasy, Midnight Club: Los Angeles, and Destroy All Humans!. The content is intense in the CERO impact levels.

The pervert within me was hoping for at least a D level. XD

There could be scenes with embarrassment in the game which could be funny and the adventure part, I don't really know if that's appropriate for a standard Dating Sim, it could work, however mini games have been used in them especially in Sister Princess 2 and Repure.
