Lost SD Card with cfw 2DS :( please help

Hey guys, I was trying to get on my old 2DS to relieve some memories, but unfortunately the SD Card is missing..

I don't know where I stored it, so I'll just assume I lost it or wiped it for some other stupid project of mine without realising my damage.
There is a chance that I have the .firm Backup file somewhere on my old HDD, but is there any other way/in general anyway to fix this?
