Hardware Lost my Powersaves 3DS License Key!

I recently upgraded my Windows to Windows 7 from XP and I found that I needed a new version of Powersaves. So I downloaded the Windows 7 version and it asked for my Activation key again, which is a problem because i no longer have the activation key.

Would their support give me an activation key if I supply the email I registered my device with?
