Final question.. I went on Nintendo Homebrew discord and people said that I could check for a ban by opening the friends list, but they didnt known if a banned 11.3 will show the "you need to update" message or the "ur banned" message first.
Also, can I use the friendlist method even if the account has no friends?

I am pretty sure that the update message will come first, but if you are banned you can unban yourself with a LocalFriendCodeSeed (a file inside the console) that has not been banned.
