Looking for some portable device with specific specs

Hello guys,
I'm looking for a device with some specifics specs

First, it must have wifi. I want to be able to listen to radio as well as watching medias.
Secondly, it must have a headphone plug.
Third, it must have an os compatible with plex and a way to listen to radio, either through web browser or an app.
Fourth, storage. I'd like to be able to store musics on it. If third option is on it, it may be bypassable, but I'd still like to have my music directly on it.
Fifth, one of the most important, MUST NOT HAVE A CAMERA. Cameras are forbidden where i work in most part of the building, and i'd like to carry the device everywhere in it.
Sixth, good battery, lasting long enough for at least 8 hours of constant wifi.

Any of you have an idea?
Maybe a DIY device? I'm not familiar with that kind of device (idr thename) that people use for portable emulator, PI cpu or something like that.
Do you think it would be possible?

A raspberry pi 4 could do all of it, though it might get bulky with a case, screen and possibly a battery..

If someone asks me to listen to radio I assume they mean actual radio (as in FM, AM). This can happen for things, though usually for phones, tablets and such it will require headphones to be present to act as an antenna. Being able to take a network stream of audio is a different matter entirely.

If you are considering DIY then can you remove the camera? Many such things are external modules. If something has speakers then you can also make a headphone plug, and sadly most things these days seem to be copying Apple and their stupidity so it might actually come to that.

Just buy a steam deck my guy. It got everything you want without a camera. You can even install Windows on it if that's your jam.
