How do i make a setup.exe with winrar??

Bring the add to archive dialog up, find the check mark for an SFX Archive and make sure its ticked off, then look around and find the SFX options button and it will bring up some more options where you can add instructions, a license, and an option to have it creat shortcuts.

However I would use InstallShield since its pretty hard to understand since there's very little documentation for WinRAR and SFX Archives.

Uh....... Well actually...... there are ways to get it free........

Either way I'm not sure what tool would be best for this......

Just go on Download.com and find some free trial or a freeware program that can do it. WinRAR is too complicated for install applications.
