Wii Preloader stuck

Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

Mastershoes has a ton of forwarders and I use his retroarch forwarder. Those are the ones you want and they are updated very well version 14 now I believe.
