Hacking Looking for a reliable downgrading service

So recently I've been looking around for a downgrading service and I can't seem to find any reliable people that could do it for a fair amount. I even swapped out a 2ds for a 3ds but it's still on 11.0 sadly. I saw an older thread in this section of someone asking the same thing and it went well for him so I figured I'd do the same.

Does anyone know someone that would do it for under $40? I found someone that does it for that much then I cover the shipping, $70 is a little much but that's the price of vb_encryption's quality service which I respect since he has a good reputation.

But I suggest you to go with @vb_encryption_vb cause both you and him live in USA.
This is the reason why I'm trying to avoiding hardmod, because the nearest pro for my region still being oversea. (2 Countrys away)

I do downgrades for free, but I live in Portugal, so I guess shipping would be expensive.

I can't imagine how much would cost for shipping from USA to Portugal with Insurance.

Yeah over $60 according to USPS.

The other person that's offering the service for $40 is in Canada so shipping there wouldn't be too bad, around $25 plus shipping back

Indeed. Plus, if you get it hardmodded instead of doing a DSiWare downgrade like I do, that is a plus. Even if you screw your A9LH installation, you'll be able to restore with a backup.

Yep, the person who is in Canada does a temporary hard mod to downgrade. There's absolutely nobody in my area that does downgrading so this is what I have to resort to lol

Actually, I'd rather have a perma hardmod if I sent mine to get hardmodded. It's a bonus.
