PS1/2 Looking for a Game

Hey guys! I recently decided to start re-using my PS1 Console since my PS2 decided to crap out on me but i am looking for a game, its details are below. Sorry for the lack of information too

.

I first saw this game on a Demo Disk, the demo started with the player outside, there were a few explosive barrels and (I THINK) a shotgun weapon, the player would then approach a large door which opened, behind were a few enemies that could be killed. Now i dont remember anything else other than how the demo ends, the player enters a room and the screen would fade out and then the demo would reset.

any help would be appreciated.

Note: I'm sure its not Doom/Quake but if anyone can confirm what game i am referring to that would be great, even looking at the PS1 games list hasn't helped

Edit: Ok, apologies for the ultra lack of detail, the setting i would say was futuristic and the game FPS, enemies, i believe they were some form of alien/deformed human.

A game with a door which opens? And it had enemies, and you could kill them? With a gun? Doesn't sound like any game I've heard of.

Think you might have to be more specific, what kind of game was it, an FPS? What setting, modern, futuristic? What were the enemies, people, robots, monsters?

OK, slightly more to work with. There weren't loads of FPS games in the PS1 if I remember, are you sure it wasn't Quake 2? You start outside, thre's barrels, furutistic, early shotgun weapon and it was on a demo disc

I do remember upon starting, it was daytime, and the player spawned in the top left corner of this small square area where barrels were (And possibly the shotgun, i dont remember if one was present or if i spawned with it).

What other game was on the disk? Do you remember any names? What year approx?

Unfortunately not. I thought it was on the demo disk with Kula World on it, however doesnt seem like it.

It is possible that the part of the game im describing never went into production, as at the beginning of all demo disks i believe it says something like "The levels contained in this demo donot represent the final product"

yeah but the description matches PERFECTLY to the demo game that I had, don't know where it is atm, I have a feeling it was PS2 on PS1 cause I remember the graphics, it couldn't have been PS1 graphics.

Im sure its a PS1 Game, if its not im going to be very suprised. Unless my PS2 was grey at one point

. But im at least 90% sure it was a PS1 demo, and it had a number on the disk, also which i cant remember
