Hardware Looking for a charger..

My PSP Charger is broken, and i cannot load via USB, because the battery has totally dried out.

Now, ive been looking for stores that sell an Adapter, but i simply can't find any. (I live in Holland)
The only store i seen was a story tha ships from China, but apparently import costs could be rediciously high for a charger of 3-4 Euro's. Anyone know a (dutch) site/store that sells an Adapter for the PSP?

I've bought the charger, but, when i plug it in, the PSP goes on, but no orange light to indicate its charging?

Normally if the screen turn on is he charging.
Otherwise charge it a day and turn him on, if he boot is he charged.
