Also, you MIGHT be able to stretch it and say that the PS3 has 8 cells even though one's disabled and then one main core controlling them all and call THAT "9 cores" ... but not quite.

PSX was NOT 3.2 GHZ, with "9 Cores"; show proof of that. Modern processors would be that speed.

Quoted wrong person; PSX was 33 Mhz, PS2 was 294.93 Mhz.
