Hacking loading http://2xrsa.3ds.guide gives communication error on 3ds

plz help,
i'm installing cfw on my sons 3ds but i keep getting communication error when going to http://2xrsa.3ds.guide
Searched google but din't find a clear answer, also https://3ds.guide troubleshooting doesn't has any info about it.

Hope to get some answers fast so i can continue because i can't close the 3ds

Have you tried clearing the browser cache?
And is that the only entry point you have?

fuck this, seems the date from the 3ds made the issue!
Its was on 18/04/16 instead of 18/04/17
verry weird , BUT thx for the help guys!!!
