its just a matter of not being a jerk about it and not trying to antagonize people, yeah sure you have a rom loader, well done, congrats, yeah im sure nintendo is aware of loadiine, but trying to be a nuisance and cause drama on their private network is dumb, its like me breaking into a house then dancing around with music blaring and pissing on their furniture to purposefully piss off the house owners because well having your house burgled isnt bad enough right?....its bad enough your "not pirating" but to go bragging is childish

Totally agree. I mean, Nintendo has to already know about it. They've probably even read the many threads here about it. Their security would be terrible if they weren't informed.

That doesn't mean immature people should go onto Miiverse and be dicks about it.
