The save data for the following game won't load when I run it on Loadiine:

Mario and Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

The game runs, but it won't save! Running it on Mii Maker mode with the save type being Shared. Keep getting this error code:

102-9999

make sure if folders are like this:
SD:/saves/GAMENAME(XXXXYY)/gamedata.bin
EDIT: Also, try without a save data, and test it.
Maybe the save data is corrupted/for another game region like USA, EUR, or JPN

Don't they also need to be in a 80000003/common or c/u folders?
u folder, if you are using extra save, c save.
And nope, needs the same name of the game to save. Like this :
SD:/games/Super Mario 3D World[XXXXYY]/common, files, etc.
SD:/saves/Super Mario 3D World [XXXXYY]/u

I tried both ways and it still gives me that error. I think the problem is that the game is online (the problem may be similar to how Mario kart wii and brawl can't have their save data legitimately transferred since both games can have online data)

I have been able to successfully and easily transfer all my Mario Kart 8 save data between disc and loadiine. No issues whatsoever.

The problem is not the game running. The problem is the game's data. It won't load, so the game starts as if it has no save data.

I was just saying. I don't have any issues transferring saves back and forth AND PLAYING those saves on MK8. You said that you cannot legitimately transfer saves between Loadiine and disc for MK8 up above. I was just reporting to you that I have no problem doing that whatsoever.

I'm just saying that Loadiine won't load the save of the game. It gives me an error code instead.
