I seem to have a problem that no one else has reported.

I have the kernel exploit working perfectly
I can enter homebrew launcher and loadiine with no issues.

My games from SD card show in Loadiine
I can navigate the menus and coverflow fine

But when i click on a game, loadiine makes the select sound and then everything freezes
No game menu pops up, nothing....
I then need to hard reset the console

I have tried lots on builds of loadiine including the latest nightlies but nothing works

I have also tried various games with several SD cards

Just wondering if anyone can help?

I am on FW 5.5.1

What is the folder structure of you games folder on the sd card?
Please use, complete and real examples from your card.

SD Card is set up as per the guides and Loadiine sees everything
wiiu/

wiiu/apps
wiiu/apps/loadiine_gx2

wiiu/games
wiiu/games/Game Name [xxxxxx]
code, content and meta folders within game folder

wiiu/saves/
wiiu/saves/Game Name [xxxxxx]
c and u folders within game save folder

How do you have loadiine setup to launch? Miimaker or SSBB?

Ok, folder structures look good.

Is your sd formatted as fat32 with 64kb clusters?

Have you tried with just 1 single known working game on sd, to eliminate the possibility of bad files?
Try 2 different games but only 1 game on the sd per try.

Can you access/navigate loadiine settings and change settings without a crash?
e.g. Try changing the coverflow to/from carousel.

Try deleting config files from the loadiine path just leaving the loadiine elf, meta and image file.

If we just keep eliminating everything hopefully we can get your problem solved.

Last edited by ARVI80,
I got it working now
It was the cluster size of my SD Card.

I had assumed that because the sd card was working on the vWii for everything i would have been formatted correctly.
It was fat32 but i guess the cluster size was incorrect.

I reformated it (64Gb card) with 64kb clusters and Loadiine works perfect now

Thanks to all for their input

Hmmm I didn't think 32k clusters would affect it that much, maybe a little slow to load and perhaps stuttery when playing but you should still be able to load and play surely? you learn something every day.
