You want to try getting the system to run with two different graphics cards at the same time? One or another is no problem but, as far as I remember, using both at the same time will only leave one active and the other inactive. It may not even be recognised at all, and SLI between them is not possible.
Edit: at least not without hacked drivers (which I hear are definitely not stable)

you can use a dedicated video card only for physx.... i've already did this but with a gtx 560ti + gt240....
my question is only about PSU.... if it can handle it

The 660 Ti is specced to 150W maximum. The normal 560 Ti is 170W maximum. The 448 core version of the 560 Ti is 210W maximum. The FX 8350 has a TDP of 125W, and your motherboard supports up to 140W on the CPU. A quick search can't find how much power the motherboard consumes, but it probably isn't that much (somewhere around 40W or so). And then you've got 2 HDDs (around 15-20W total), 1 SSD (up to 3W), and a case with presumably a few fans (2W each). RAM is negligible (2W per DIMM) and if you have a DVD drive then add 30W on top. Add all of this up and you'll find it really isn't as much as you expect.
