Hacking Lite stuck after boot

Hi! I'm new to switch modding, although I have successfully messed around several PlayStation consoles, home and mobile ones.

A friend of a friend modded my lite in February.

Now I wanted to update and followed several guides:
I copied the Atmosphere files and Hekate bootloader folder. (Both latest releases)

The console booted correctly until I updated the fw via Daybreak.

At first I got an error before the booting process:

Unable to identify package1.

Then I edited hekate_ipl.ini, replaced fusee-primary.bin with fusee.bin in the string, and replaced fusee-secondary.bin with package3, according to the hekate GitHub page.

Now my device' screen is just black after showing the Atmosphere logos.

I'm really desperate, help a girl out.
