Nope... The motherboard on the newer PSPs have extra security in them that prevents it from being hacked that way.

My PSP 3000 is hacked using ChickHEN and using custom firmware for free games,so yes it is hackable but not at any firmware.

It works as a Pandora Battery for the PSP 2000, but only as a normal battery for the PSP 3000
frown.gif
That sucks...

Yeah... Marketing scam pretty much covers it. You can use it with your 1000 or early 2000 though. You'd just be paying more for it.

yep they tried that scam to see if Dark Alex would come out with a hack for 3000 to save the day and then in turn Sony sued Datel for ther lame attempt LOL. you can read about it here Sony Sues Datel Over PSP-3000 Hacking Tool
