Yes, because every fan translation for the DS has been done here on GBAtemp. The correct answer is 'No, there is not one, but for ones you might find here check this thread you might have failed to notice'

I know I'd like to see a completely list of what is being worked on and what has been done as far as translations go for GBA and DS.
