Hacking list compatible hard drives

hello,
this is just a topic to see how many people will reply saying what HDD they have and does it work or list what model it is and it doesnt work?
also whats the best HDD to use with the usb loaders?
also is anyone using a Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320gb IDE drive?

I have a iMicro IMBS35G-BK SATA/IDE combo enclosure working with a 80 GB seagate Barracuda IDE drive .. ( dont have specs at the moment. )

It is working perfectly so far.

My 2 Western Digital drives freeze all the time, Not sure why..

WD600 (60GB) MDL:WD600BB-22CCB0 - Initially works but locks up about 10mins after use
WD800 (80GB) MDL:WD800JB-00CRA1 - Initially works but locks up about 10mins after use

1.5TB Seagate FreeAgent Desk
Partitions = FAT > WBFS > NTFS

Both FAT/NTFS partitions work with GeeXBox though I only put media on the NTFS partition (doesn't work with other USB devices plugged in at the same time).

Works with "Configurable USB Loader" (haven't needed to try others)

You're drive likely has a power saving option or "Spin Down" where the drive powers off (standby/sleep) after a short period of inactivity. I believe if you switch to Hermes IOS 222 that can be resolved. However please double check on the IOS details as I am not 100% sure. Some drives (like my Seagate) have a program that installs on the PC/HDD that changes or disables the SpinDown feature, though I don't think Western Digital has it...

the herms doesn't work all the time.i settled that annoying prob with a few 16 gig usb memory stick!

I have a Hitachi Simpledrive 1TB(FAT32), Cfg Usb Loader v49a-FAT, Hermes 222/223, 4.2E PAL
No probs at all

I have a CnMemory External HDD with 320GB. Inside it is a Toshiba HDD.
The Partitions are NTFS + WBFS
