Hacking Linux/WINE compatible multidiscGC maker for the backup loader?

Basically I'm trying to migrate completely into (Ubuntu) linux. I can't seem to get the suggested program MultiGameISOCreator to run under WINE in order to make multi disc backups to use on the Wii GameCube backup launcher.

Is there any other compatible programs that would work under wine or natively?

Perhaps http://gbatemp.net/index.php?download=633 will work under wine.
Also if you run wine from the command line do you have a bug report list?

I does not mention anything in the way of multiGC stuff but I recall shortly before the trucha bug exploits kicked off people were busy discovering the GC library and a whole raft of tools appeared (I recall an x86 mac one, a BSD one if memory serves).
