Because I'm lazy, do this.

git clone https://github.com/i-MSCP/imscp.git
cd imscp
./imscp-autoinstall

Just follow the steps. It'll setup a simple LAMP server with PhpMyAdmin, a web admin panel, webmail (this is optional), an FTPd, and so on.

Ok, stop listening to people and read for yourself. Most linux stuff rarely works out of the box. There are many places to read on what you are trying to accomplish. And from a linux perspective simply giving you the answers will not help you later on when things go wrong.

Honestly I think something went wrong with setting up apache. Just take a few minutes and read.

You either don't have PHP installed correctly, or your apache configuration file isn't correct seeing as the configtest spits out a syntax error.
