Gaming Linking Geometry Wars DS with your Wii

I've completed every galaxy on the Geometry Wars DS version except the final galaxy (lambda), but am wondering if syncing it with the Wii version is cool enough to justify the expense of purchasing the game on the Wii also? We already have a Wii console, but I hadn't planned on purchasing Geometry Wars for it until I found out that it was the only way to unlock the final galaxy on the DS version. Or, is there a way to access the final solar system without having to sync it with a Wii? Has anyone done this? Is it pretty cool or nothing special? I just want to know if it's worth it. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

There is a cheat for Geometry Wars DS in the cheat database in my sig that makes the game think the Lambda level has been unlocked. I haven't tried it myself but you may be able to play on that level even if you aren't linked to the Wii.

There is a cheat for Geometry Wars DS in the cheat database in my sig that makes the game think the Lambda level has been unlocked. I haven't tried it myself but you may be able to play on that level even if you aren't linked to the Wii.
