How do I limit fps to 60 but without forcing v-sync?
I will use this mainly for osu!, if it matters.
Jasper07: Driver doesn't support fps limiting and game forces v-sync if limited to 60 (from in-game options).
Fishman P: I'm playing on a netbook so I cant replace graphics card or underclock it. Also I'm not doing this to reduce heat but to make gameplay smoother. Display is set to 60Hz so when I have 120 fps in game I just can't see it and gameplay is bit choppy. But everytime it drops to around 60 fps gameplay is noticeably smoother.
