Ok, here's what happen, I boot the flash card and I get this:

If I boot firmware.nds, black screen, nothing happens. It's strange because if I use clean SD card with only Official Kernel (R4i V1.84b English.zip) files + YSmenu.nds from r4ittk - lightshell 3d.zip it worked before.

If I boot dsi 145 update lightshell.nds I get this:

But it doesn't get past this:

It's stuck here.

I noticed that using the Kernel update feature I get this:

But I tried updating, it runs the update, but when I restart I'm still on 1.44

Ok now the Firmware update .nds file says this:

So something happened? But it still says 1.44 and it still doesn't work on new DSi with 1.4.5E

That one gives me just a black Blackscreen too. I think some other file/s is blocking this because I was able to run YSMenu it before.

Yes that has to be it, I formated SD card again, copied only Official Kernel (R4i V1.84b English.zip all files) + RetroGameFan Multi Cart Update v7.04 (TTMENU.dat + YSMenu.nds only) and it that works.

But if I use r4ittk - lightshell 3d.zip + RetroGameFan Multi Cart Update v7.04 (TTMENU.dat + YSMenu.nds only) = Black Screen

One question, that card with the link you posted does it come updated to work with 1.4.5E out of the box? Because this old DSi that I have with 1.3E is not mine and I need to return it.

yes it works with 1.4.5E out of the box, I have one of them, it works perfect with r4ittk 3d kernel
