I did that but AVG is saying they've got a virus.

It's a false positive. The builds found on TeamCity are extremely recent builds—"bleeding edge", as it were, with new builds showing up as commits are merged on the PKHeX Github.

The only other option is to wait for an official stable build to show up on Project Pokémon.
