Homebrew Legit CIA Question

So I recently found out I can use CIA on my 3ds because of that CIA app that lets you install LEGIT CIA files

my question is

is it safe to use when my ds is connected to the Internet

considering the games are all Released
any chance of a PERMANENT BAN???

Nope, any pirated have legit or not is safe to play online. I'd recommend going further though, and fully installing a custom firmware. A guide that can set you up with this can be found here: 3ds.guide. with this, you can install any cia you want, and not have to be limited to like 6. And if you're curious, once this is installed, you never have to worry about updating your console or losing homebrew.
