Gaming Left Sholder Button Iffy

I have a DS where the left shoulder button does not like to work. When I took it apart it looked about the same as the right sholder button, but mirored of course. How could I fix this?

Sounds like a dust build up, usually the problem every time. Put your lips around the shoulder button and blow hard. It may sound weird but it works. (Compressed air works also)

It looks like the ds and the ds lite have different tak switches.

I think you can buy replacements, if all else fails. If you try some lubricant, make sure it's silicone lubricant because WD-40 and any other lubricant will eat away at the plastic.
