Hardware Left joycon issue.

Doesn’t matter how many left joycons I try my switch constantly pops up a message saying the left controller has low battery even when fully charged. This happens both with the joycon in the rail and not in the rail. Like I have said I have tried several left joycons including a brand new one and still get the low battery warning. Anyone know how to fix this thanks.
