ROM Hack Leaf Tools for ACNL?

Hi, I know that Leaf Tools are only for 9,2 but now that a lot of people have Homebrew and can hack ACNL, there isnt any way to have ACNL RAM tools into Homebrew?

And if I downgrade my 3ds at 9,2-9,5 version I will can use Leaf Tools?

I only want leaf tools for Stealing Dreamtowns Thats why im looking for LeafTools

I tried googling save editor stvd 3ds but I didn't really turn up anything conclusive. What are you referring to?
