Hacking Launching homebrew from Menu

I can't seem to find the page / or if there was one.

basically i Have rx running on coldboot via themehax/ctrboot.

I want to launch homebrew channel from the system menu.
I recall a page with that information, but can't seem to find it under 3ds cfw and hb subforums
