Hacking launch rxtools 2.6 with dstwo?

is it possible to launch rxtools v2.6 using a dstwo flash cart as an alternative to using the web browser?

is there a plugin for dstwo somewhere?

I found one plugin for rxtools but it seems to be for an older version of rxtools.

You can install the MSET exploit from the DSTWO

You don´t need internet connection only the first time to downgrade the MSET and then install the exploit from a .nds rom
